Bibi's life was changed forever when her mother was sacked from their village. As tradition demanded, Bibi was forced to go and live with her father's family. Although she tried as much as possible to fit in, she was often ridiculed and insulted. Her only consolation was the forest close by the village. In the forest, she felt safe and secured.
